Graduated from the Escola Livre de Teatro, in Santo André and the Fundação das Artes, in São Caetano do Sul, Sergio debuted in theater in 1998, performing in O Beijo no Asfalto, by Nelson Rodrigues, with the direction of the ELT, coordinated by Antonio Araujo.
